Physical products (Print-on-Demand items)

All our apparel and accessories are made to order, which means we only produce an item once an order has been placed.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at machievaggelatou@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Digital products

All digital downloads (ebooks, printables, and educational files) are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are instantly accessible after purchase.
If you experience any issue with your download link or file, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your product.

Refunds

Once your return (if eligible) is approved, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.
