🕐 Processing Time
All our physical products are made-to-order, which means we start production as soon as your order is placed.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
During busy seasons (like Christmas), production may take a little longer.
Digital products (ebooks, printables, etc.) are delivered instantly via download link after purchase.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination:

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal service issues.
🌍 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers are active within 24–48 hours.
🚫 Customs, Duties and Taxes
Machi’s Creative Hub is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
